suddenly slow wordpress sites

HI! i have some wordpress sites and other no wordpress like CI and joomla,the problem ocurr when i try to import data to wordpress from another, around 2mb when it try to performance importation, it never end, and other wp sites (in another domains) suddenly turn too slow, taking around 1 or 2 minutes on load but ci or joomla sites steel working fine, and cpu an ram is fine too, no seems that any recuests was use it.

I try reload apache , mysql, and the server too, but steel happend after reboot.

after that happends this sites performance was fine and normal.. i don't know what happends, any idea?

i put down another sites for performance this test, but still load slow, request it's taking time,..

no, i don't, plugins load its quicly, once request its completed (after 80 s) load all site in about other 1 or 1,5s, and as is say this happends after i think exced max post on db , importing a 2mb wordpress xml file, after that all wp in other domains and users go to slow and never come back, even rebooting ...

It should help finding out what file its held up on.
