Any chance of running with MariaDB, PHP5.5 and nginx instead of Apache in the future? I believe it would greatly improve server performance!

Varnish is great too. But again depend on your real needs.
I saw more bottlenecks caused by badly written mysql queries than apache issues. If you setup it as frontal all you have to do is change default centora panel port and tunnel all requests to apache which is a crazy way for me. M B
