Generally points to cron not running the Sentora daemon script, can you run this manually to check:
php /etc/zpanel/panel/bin/daemon.php
I think it's a bug related to cron job not running as expected.
Logged bug: https://github.com/sentora/sentora-core/issues/51 You should modify cron job to run: php withtout full path as the one in cron job won't work. M B

run manually the cron.
Log with root and run this command line Code: php -q /etc/zpanel/panel/bin/daemon.php That would create the domain. If you setup correctly the cron job it should work. M B
