It will look like this (without the space) when you add it or edit the current thread:

i like it, but it broke the code inside a code block (Zentora theme > Theme variation > light color code block)

So color # 689C33 can't be used because it has the same id (689) as a topic..  
Can it be disabled inside code and php blocks?

I think I can customize it to maybe be ## or even ^^ instead since MyBB is open source.
