Pagespeed module

Site speed and optimisation is one of the factors to rank better and have low bounce rate so i thought to give it a try..
So i have few queries..
Do we have sudo yum install at # if you do not already have 'at' installed - - - already installed on sentora?
If i install pagespeed module is it going to affect sentora panel or itd working?
I wouldn't like pagespeed module, i will remove it but i want to give it a try but without spoiling my site for sure and sentoras working.
