As far as i can see is he doing a overhaul on his website/server so i think the repo will be back up.
The version 1.0.6 is still downloadable via github.

I download the file, and its downloaded as a zip. If iI try to install the zip fie, I get an error

The module ELFileManager-master is already installed on this server!

Where as it is NOT!! I tried renaming the file from .zip to .zpp but then it gives another error (xml not found..)

You could check out the docs before trying random things..

First off all remove the wrong installed package (like described in this document which you can find in the Sentora docs) by doing this:

zppy remove ELFileManager-master

And to make sure do this too:

zppy remove ELFileManager

To double check make sure that the packages are really removed by checking if there are no directories called "ELFileManager-master" or "ELFileManager" in "/etc/sentora/panel/modules".

Then repackage the ELFileManager from github again with the help from this document from the Sentora docs.
Pay extra attention to the "How to package your module into a .zpp file" section.
And rename the module to "ELFileManager".

Or wait until the repo comes back online after he is done with the overhaul.

Update:

Or use my backup repo it also has version 1.0.7..

Use and remove or you might get errors..
Only use when official repo is down!

Clearly it isn't a OS or a Sentora issue since you use Ubuntu and I use CentOS 7.2 and no customization's made to the core or updated any software so...? it's an issue of the Module I think.
