modpluz, please help lol, tried to fix this for days and no luck yet

Step 1: removed Xbilling and re installed it

Step 2: input information in website settings

Step 3: hit save setting

Get 500 error for url : https://panel/?module=xbilling&action=UpdateSettings
Step 4: download front-end and place in billing subdomain directory
Step 5: hit Important downloads "Front-end Config Script" directs to "https://panel.xxxx.cf/?module=xbilling&action=FetchConfig" displaying yet another 500 error page
Step 6: tried to read application manual error 404 on http://zpx.imerlabs.com/manuals/xbilling_manual.pdf
