[Request] Support Ticket Module
Hi! Looking for a ticket module (Sentora 1.0.0).

That's what in my mind:
A user can choose a department for his questions ("Technical", "Contract and Billing", "General", ...)
That departments should be configurable by admin.
User can enter their "Customer Number" and explain, what's their problem.
After clicking submit the mail will submitted to an assigned email adress for the department.

Any Ideas?
