Forum anchors and logo with small screens

TGates i hope you don't get annoyed by my forum suggestions as i have two new ones..

• The anchors need an offset because the forum has an fixed navbar. 
  

Does this when using anchor links:

• When the navbar collapses the Sentora logo stays big.

I have copied a page of the forum and have a fix for both, but of course there can be things changed when i copied them.
So i am not 100% sure it will work without tweaking..

added it, image resizes but anchor doesn't change

here it works after reloading the CSS file in chrome and IE.
Try CTRL+F5..

I use FF, But it does seem to be a bit better. I also notice I have to fix the menu for smaller screens..

Now i see that in IE (11) when you open a new tab with a anchor it does not work but if you use the anchor link (that MySupport Addon thingy) on the page itself it works. 
In chrome it works normally.... IE SUCKS!

Tem uma falha na minha hospedagem ..., tento adicionar o dominio : importarrelogios.blog.br e me aparece esta mensagem:
You cannot add a Sub-Domain here. Please use the Subdomain manager to add Sub-Domains.

O que fazer?
