All emails send from my server going to spam

Hi,

How can I make my server deliver to inbox of other email service like hotmail, gmail, yahoo, instead of going to spam folder.

I use the Dkim, and the SPF and they are working properly but still my email server can't deliver to inbox.

Anyone can help , it will make a big difference for me.

I have a solution for you that I also use.

In your DNS create new record:

v=spf1 a mx ip4:your_server_ip ~all

 
Example:

Code:

v=spf1 a mx ip4:123.456.789.654 ~all

In some DNS services you can add "" on this per example:

Code:

"v=spf1 a mx ip4:your_server_ip ~all"

Its simply because you message contains links that are marked as spam
1. If your using signature put a image instead of www.domain.com
2. Put a good subject for test email. Imagine something like "Your email is recieved"
3. Put good text, because if you dont put text you get marked as spam, put something for test like "Hello, we notice that you are reading our emails. Thanks for reply, see you some day!"

I used to get to spam. I did that and BOOM with a free domain i can get emails to the good emailbox!
