Only backup manager will help reduce server load but that is only after midnight and it backs up your client's websites and databases. For the most part, the rest only 'run' when used or visited. Some modules do use 'hooks' that run at certain intervals but they do not cause high CPU usage. Websites like WordPress and Joomla are resource hogs. In short, Sentora's modules are nothing to worry about when it comes to resources. It's the websites that you or your clients host that will cause high resource usage. Just an FYI, I also host a Battlefield 2 game server, my CPU usage averages 10-15% (it does jump up a little bit if the game server fills up, but not a lot) and I run 2gb RAM.
if you don't use dns you can disable it.
But you will need also to disable bind service. Most of the ram use will come from apache and mysql and depend on your server load. M B
