From ZPanel upto Sentora

RE: From ZPanel upto Sentora
Really glad to see the awesome ZPanel project continuing to live on as Sentora. I've been using Zpanel in production for around 2 years now, and it's critical to my business. I'm spinning up Sentora on a development box as we speak. I'll also be taking out premium support to hopefully help this great project continue.

Thanks to all the team for their vigilance. It isn't lost on us users!

Sentora 2 none currently.

Sentora 1 still can work on windows. The port will not be official as it's not having the backing of all the team but I will work on it once we finish this 1.0 release.

RE: From ZPanel upto Sentora
I was so disappointed when Hostwinds ruined my experience with Zpanel, they removed the forum and module repos. I have been using Zpanel for a while, and don't like other control panels. My users also like Zpanel for its rich and user friendly design. I really considered moving to a different panel when Zpanel died. But now I have found Sentora, I'm so happy now! Thanks guys for bringing back the Zpanel I am used to.

Looking forward for the final release Big Grin

This exactly right here. I personally had NO IDEA what happened to zpanel. I've had it installed on numerous of my client servers and my personal builds. Was amazing work for being open source. Then one day I went to post a question and realized that sadly the forums were missing. After trying to dig around I found this. THANK YOU for continuing this amazing project. About to setup the beta on one of my vps's. (also feels good to be back)

Hey guys, glad I could find them. He was desperate, without zPanel forum without news, months of anguish, and after searching on google "zpanel is dead", I found your soul wandering around and named SENTORA kkkkkkk How do I feel relieved guys kkkk

I put my hand to assist in the development, I believe I can help them.

RE: From ZPanel upto Sentora
Firstly, many thanks to the team for picking up zPanel and keeping it alive in Sentora. We really appreciate all your hard work.
Secondly, just for the sake of clarity, my understanding is that a migration script from zPanel 10.1.1 to Sentora 1.0.0 will be provided but is not yet available. Is that correct? I'm not trying to apply pressure because I'm in no rush to upgrade but I don't want to wait for the migration tools if they are not coming.
Many thanks,

Cliff

We are still preparing the upgrade script... Target should be 2-4 weeks ( my estimate I may be wrong).
