There are a couple solutions to try

Just in case that doesn't help, you are not alone: Google: roundcube smtp error (250) authentication failed
a lot of people have gotten this issue.

As you send these links i check and found that all those are on plesk as i told i dont know much about the linux operations and i have centos 7 with sentora. So please if you can help please do
