Manage Groups on resellers

Ok, so, by default we have admin/reseller/user types.
Those are supposed to go under the "Manage Groups" menu (which they don't, presumably they are hard-coded, I haven't checked).
Anyway, when I create a reseller account and add a few user groups, I can select none of them when I try to add a new client.

Am I doing anything wrong here?

A reseller will see ONLY his sub accounts & an admin only his sub accounts too.

I just tested this and it works:

Admin Shadow Reseller >> Reseller Shadow Client

I was also trying to test whether a reseller can create a reseller account and shadow that new reseller account and his clients too, but don't have the time right now to figure out the permissions


Something like:
Admin Shadow Reseller >> Reseller Shadow Client Reseller >> Client Reseller Shadow Client

Would be interesting to see if it works!

Yeah but the default groups are not selectable by resellers. So you can't create a new account because Sentora says you have to select a group.
And you can't select a group because you don't see any of the groups you've created OR the default ones.

@TGates I didn't understand anything but I don't really want for resellers to create reseller accounts and don't care too much about that.

They should be able to select at least the 'users' group. Doing some more checking.

I am not sure if it is a bug, but last I knew resellers could create their own groups and select their own nodules for their users. Currently this is not the case.

No, there is no users group, and when he creates his own custom group it won't show up. I'm stuck
