Após as informações do Amigo 5050, o mesmo confirmou que em versões futuras irá portar a tradução para arquivos externos, assim como é feito na maioria dos sistemas OSS. Contudo, segundo ele, o painel do sentora suporta tradução completa através do banco de dados, assim como eu postei acima...
UPDATE: Este método não altera os arquivos originais do sentora! Ele cria o idioma adicional "br" conforme regras internas disponíveis no painel!
Bom, diante das respostas, muitos testes e um trabalhão danado, eu consegui fechar a tradução quase completa para o Português Brasileiro!! 99% sendo que o restante não dá para traduzir ainda porque não está pronto nem no idioma EN aí é paciência pra aguardar a galera concluir as coisas!!

Informações:
O arquivo acima contem instruções SQL para criação da nova coluna no banco de dados e atualização das strings sem comprometer o idioma padrão do painel! Sendo possível alternar entre os idiomas padrão (EN) e o (BR) através do menu Conta -> Minha conta, escolhendo o idioma de sua preferência!!!
1) Execute primeiro a instrução ALTER TABLE, para criar a coluna referente a tradução!
2) No painel, altere o idioma para BR em: Account -> My Account!> Após isso é necessário navegar no painel com o idioma BR setado!! Descobri que o painel somente cria campos adicionais relacionados a tradução se houver navegação no painel!!!!
3) Após isso, execute os UPDATES;
OBS1.: Faltam muito pouco para ficar 100%, infelizmente me parece que o sentora não possui todos os campos usados no painel previamente definidos no banco de dados, em uma instalação padrão. Eu sei parcialmente porque, mas estou aguardando informações dos desenvolvedores para deixar tudo ok, mas nada impede de vocês tentarem fuçar também e ajudar não é mesmo??! rsrs Além do mais, já está muito usável!!!
OBS2.: Falta traduzir o menu lateral esquerdo e alguns poucos títulos das páginas internas dos módulos.
