This is a very common problem. Either it was set wrong during installation, or maybe you changed which domain you want to be accessing Sentora on. No big deal It is a rather simple fix:
Log into phpMyAdmin as root user.
Open table: sentora_core.x_settings
Edit row 90 (Or search for the domain you entered when installing Sentora)
In row 90 put your new or updated SentoraFQDN: sentora.domain.com, cp.domain.com, panel.domain.com, etc.
Do a manual daemon run from the command line:
Posix: php -q /etc/sentora/panel/bin/daemon.php (I think)
Windows: php c:\zpanel\panel\bin\daemon.php
