Using sentora for free hosting

Hi all,

We are considering using sentora/zpanel for free hosting.  Anyone else using it for this?

Before I spin up a test box, does anyone here know if there is any way to insert/inject HTML code for pages served, like all the other free hosts seem to be doing?
