MYSQL Stop Working

I'm having the next problem is that mysql randomly shut down.

These are two logs error, I hope that someone could give me a hand.

Did you upgrade mysql? Seem not or modify mysql.ini ?

No, I didn't. I was running the server in 512 mb ram, upgraded to 1 GB and no problem so far!

When I created my first user, I was kicked so when I go to user it say that there are 3 user but I only can see two user and I don't know how to eliminate the first one
