Problem with Webmail and roundcube

I am added a couple of domains and added a mailbox in 2 different domain and i get an error stating 

can not connect to storage server in roundcube 

in the logs I get this

Did you upgrade PHP ? As seem you have an issue with IMAP here.

Either dovecot not running or some issue there.
