Running dynamic server can be done but you should NEVER run dns servers on it.
Instead run you dns on cloudflare or your registrar. Setup a cname to point to the cname you create wich a dynamic IP tracking service like noip and that would work fine as long you are connected.
On the other side your connectivity might be down.
