Second Name Server with one IP

Second Name Server with one IP
Hello guys,

I have read quite a few topics here, however, I could not find an answer for my question:

I would like to create two name servers (ns1.domain.com, ns2.domain.com) in order to properly park domains, but my provider (Windows Azure) issues only one IP per Virtual Machine. Pointing both of them into one IP does not work as some domain sellers do not allow to park the domain (and sadly one of them is where I keep all my domains).

Hence, is there a service that could help me create two name servers for one IP (would prefer simple and free)?
Or I could create another VM, but how should I set it?

I am a beginner and will use the server for about 12 - 14 of my websites.

Thank you!

Mini tutorial
1. You register on the site
2. Go to the panel
3. Choose Backup DNS
4. Add a domain
4. Enter the Domain name and of the primary DNS example ns1.youdomain.com
5. Expect 20-30 minutes
Profit

In Control Panel Sentora as NS server specify
ns1.youdomain.com
ns2.afraid.org

Am I correct that I will need to add all the domains to afraid.org that I will be using in the control panel?

RE: Second Name Server with one IP
Is there a solution that would not require me to do so?
As all I want is ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com to be the name servers of the Sentora server and in case I need to host a website, I just add these DNS in domain panel + park it in Sentora server.
This would be like to commercial hostings have - there own name servers.

RE: Second Name Server with one IP
Confused  read it again... you set your nameservers as A records that point to your server IP. (With your main domain only) Have been using this for years now and work fine. Of course, if my server goes down then they all do. But this is just a work around.
