I need to update PHP 1.0.0 and MySQL of my Sentora installation
how can I do this safely?

First upgrade sysadmin to 1.0 that's a requirement SIR.

Try apt-get install sys-admin-1.0

If install fails likely your VPS have an issue and you should ring you vps provider.
