Cant add new record to DNS

Hello.
After adding the domain and creating the DNS for the domain I wanted to add a CNAME for the subdomain, but everytime I press the "ADD NEW RECORD" it just keeps saving the ones already in place, wont let me add a new record.
any help please?
I reinstalled sentora. It's orking now.
