Why do you expect parked domain to send to another web? Parked domain means domain is not used and will show a default page like the one you posted!

Parked domain is unlike a regular domain that will have php scripts!

So if you need a 301 redirect you should not use a parked domain but setup a regular domain instead!

then use .htaccess.

You can either PARK and not redirect or do a full setup and then you will be able to redirect.

Pickup your choice and don't complicate it further.

parking a domain is for domains you do not use...
If you want to do something (webpage, redirect etc. etc.) with a domain just create a domain the normal way.
