Issue accessing/pinging 2nd installed domain

Hi, I need some help here please as a first time Sentora user.TIA
I set up Sentora on a CentOs droplet. Installed on a subdomain. Can ping the sub & main domain OK, main domain shows the Welcome message. So all good there. *Note* I'm using my registrars nameservers which are pointed to the droplet's IP for each domain
I then installed a second domain - kinokrad-smotret.net, but this time I can't access it or ping it. Running https://intodns.com/kinokrad-smotret.net seems to show all is OK.
There's no firewall installed yet, so I'm at a loss as to what the issue maybe. I've not yet made any changes anywhere, so this is a vanilla install, both Centos 7 and Sentora.
Any ideas on where I need to look to solve this issue?

What is the IP address or domain/sub-domain of your Sentora server that pings successfully?

Hi it's 78.62.126.135 as shown in the intodns.com report
" Your www.kinokrad-smotret.net A record is:
www.kinokrad-smotret.net -> kinokrad-smotret.net -> [ 78.62.126.135 ] "
*edit* to clarify, both TLD domains & the sentora panel sub point to that IP

Well that was why I asked - because I saw that IP in the intodns.com report and there's nothing there. At least, nothing I can see.
Think you better check that again...

I'm not quite understanding when you say " and there's nothing there."?? It returns the IP of the domain.
Or should I be looking at something else?

I mean there is nothing answering.
If I try to ping 78.62.126.135, nothing replies.
If I try to visit http://78.62.126.135/ or https://78.62.126.135/ nothing replies.
If I scan port 80, port 443, port *anything*, nothing replies.
Nothing is replying = there's nothing there!
If you are still not sure what I mean, try this site and use the server's IP address and any common port and see what you get:
https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
I'd like to help but we need to be able to see a service running

Ummm.... The IP address you've used is wrong!!
It's not 78.62.126.135, it's 178.62.126.135.
Now that you've given me the original domain http://lovemascota.com/ I can see what the IP address of your server is straight away!
So update the DNS for the other domain that isn't working and all should be good.

duh..I didn't double check, I've dropped the "1" from 178. when altering the DNS at the registar... PEBKAC problem
