Hi All,
I want to change my hard drive from my 250GB to my 2TB Raid system.
My 250GB hdd has Ubuntu and Sentora installed on it.
In my mind there is this plan which is most likely wrong:
1) Bootable disk copy,
2) copying the HDD over
3) Re-sizing the disk partition "/home" to fill up the whole drive
4) Booting up as normal and everything should work fine?
Unless there is another way of making an image of the drive and extracting the image to the new drive but only problem I would face is Sentora configuration settings and that the partition of home would still be small and suited to the 250GB drive. How would I extend this partition /home drive?
Much appreciated.
