any tutorial about configuring slave dns server with sentora?
i have one vps running with sentora, also as primary nameserver, and i need to set up another vps as secondary nameserver

You can add a second ip address to your server and point it as second nameserver, but this is nor redundant

If you really want to a extern DNS server , buy a VPS and play with PowerDNS software

but sentora uses bind by default
do i have to install PowerDNS alongside Bind?

If you do not have a lot of domains.
You can use the free service http://freedns.afraid.org/
There is a section Backup DNS
I use it's service, all good...
