client website using certificate for the panel website certificate

Hi guys,

I just had a client upload their website and now they are getting security warnings about an SSL certificate which and its the one being used by the panel. Right now that site doesnt have a certificate at all. How can i get a particular users website to use normal http?

if you type http://www.mywebsite.com is it working?

You should enforce all access to panel https SSL for only that domain.

You user must be type https so he is getting the warning while no SSL setup so will default on first HTTPS website.

the issue is not with the panel. its the issue with their site somehow wanting to use the SSL certificate that I have setup for the panel. This is a newly uploaded website and the subdomain has no port overrides to redirect the traffice to port 443. What I am asking is why is a client site trying to use an SSL certificate when it itself doesnt have a vhost override?

your client in a DEFAULT configuration should not redirect to SSL. This don't happen.

Seem related to how you added SSL.

I went through the steps I followed here http://forums.sentora.org/showthread.php?tid=1039 Everything checks out as it should be. What else could potentially be the problem?

I did do all the steps correctly. I checked everything and there were no outstanding changes i made that were outside the scope of that document I had reverted anything there and then when i made it When i encountered issues with SSL and the panel.

I am totally lost here can anyone provide me any more assistance here I dont know what to do. I hope a reinstallation isnt necessary.
