Sentora 1.0.0 patch

Following the reports over bugs with wordpress, we got aware of an issue with Suhosin 0.9.37 installed with sentora 1.0.0.

We patched the current installer with suhosin 0.9.37.1 that fix the problem (installer now 1.0.1).

For all those who installed sentora you can patch it with the following command:

cd /tmp && wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sentora/sentora-installers/master/suhosin_patch.sh && bash suhosin_patch.sh

You can check suhosin version by typing:

php -v

And you can always install the lastest sentora by:

cd /tmp && wget http://sentora.org/install && bash install

Notice the current installer HAVE been already patched. Only previous installs require this patch.

Yes we updated the installer if you check it's code you will notice installer is now 1.0.1.

Just wanted to verify...

I just installed Sentora on another test box a few minutes ago using...

Code:

bash <(curl -L -Ss http://sentora.org/install)

 ...and the control panel says the following in ADMIN>>UPDATES:  "Congratulations, You are running the most recent version of Sentora (1.0.0)!"

Shouldn't this say 1.0.1?

kellenw nope, because it's a patch in actually version, not a release of a new version. It's is a patch to update suhosin only, because have a bugs corrections of this software and a issues reporteds.

Yeah as rafaht has said, the patch was for the server software - the "suhosin" extention  (not the control panel software) so actually it's the installer version that has had it's verison number bumped

The installer was update to 1.0.1 while sentora remain 1.0.0 looks a bit complicated but mainly if you do a new install no need for a patch.

The patch is intended for all those who made an install before we released it. Also if you apply the patch post new install, it will mainly build again suhosin 0.9.37.1 that already exist.
