Setting Plans in xBilling

First create a Plan:
Set Duration and a default dollar amount:
   
Think of these as a general placeholders or defaults. (Note: You can only create one service plan of the same duration!)

Then, under Packages, find the package you want to edit, select 'Manage' on far right:
   

You change the individual package pricing there.
   

It can't be any easier than that!
