sentora 2.0 wont load after install

I've used the official github sentora 2.0 bash script  to install sentora from github. I've run it as root from the server but when I go to my control panel it wont load. I thought it might be an Apache issue but I've checked  and apache is running with no errors. Still the panel wont load. Is there any issues I might be missing? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you install it as described in our docs:

Easy 1-line installation (Recommended):
1) Log in to your server's SSH terminal as root user. (You MUST use root! Not sudo!)
2) Type or paste the code below on the command line and press <Enter> (This will get and run the installer.):

Using this command will get the appropriate installer for the current release version (v2.0.2) from our GitHub and start the installation process.

Check if Sentora, Apache, and MySQL are running. Verify Apache virtual hosts, DNS settings, and firewall rules. Restart services and check logs in /var/log/sentora/. Try accessing via your server’s IP. Review /etc/hosts for domain configuration issues.

Yes, I've been trying to install this since last year but it keeps exiting over small issues. I want to use Sentora but cant install it no matter what I do. Last time it exited because THE SCRIPT installed the wrong version of php ???? How am I supposed to install this if the install script wont run and keeps exiting?

I got an error saying PHP 7.x not installed. 8.3 installed. Exiting installer. Please contact script admin but I can see /var/sentoraand there is asentora user installed. Very confusing.

You need a minimal install of Ubuntu 20.04 with NO web services for Sentora v2.0.2.
Sentora installs and configures everything needed.
Sentora v2.0.2 does not run/install on php 8. We are testing and securing Sentora v2.1.0 which will install on Ubuntu 24.04 and Debian 12 with php 8 once completed and released.

Have you tried checking the Apache log (/var/log/apache2/error.log) or the system log /var/log/syslog? Also, have you confirmed that the domain's DNS points to the correct server IP and that port 80/443 is open via ufw or iptables? I'm thinking it might not be an Apache error but rather a misconfiguration of Sentora's DNS or virtual host.
