Hello at this time Sentora is not build for PHP 7.x. We are gearing up to update systems and roll out a update with PHP 7 support soon. Stay tuned for more info.

but if you wanted to install the remi collet repository which provide all version of php

then you have to activate the deposit in the folder /etc/yum.repos.d/ according to the version of php you want

for centos 7
