Correct me if I'm wrong but to me it sounds like he has a server setup but he never did any of the firewall stuff in their router so he thinks the only way he can interact with the server at the moment is by SSH and he doesn't realize that he missed a step in the installation and I'm not going to lie it's the same thing I did when I first set up a server

I wanted to install the SSL Certificate and could be that i made a mistake.

Are you having issues on HTTP os SSH.
If it's only apache just remove the SSL/TLS lines you added and everything will be back. M B
