Can't connect to sentora

So I was updating some packages on my server and I think apache2 got updated. Now when I try to go to the panel I'm getting (website name) refused to connect. Did the apache2 update break something? Like I can still use the sentora ftp and everything I just can't get to the panel (Or my site in general). Is there anything I can do? Or am I shit out of luck?

how did you update apache? using external repo ?

I'm fairly certain I didn't use an external repo.

I have no errors for Sentora. I'm just getting (website) refused to connect when trying to load it up.
Also I think mysql-something(forgot the name of it) might have gotten removed and reinstalled.

Update: when restarting apache I get 


 * Restarting web server apache2                                         [fail]
 * The apache2 configtest failed.
Output of config test was:

The Apache error log may have more information.
