Yes lol it just say Daemon last run never..

Let's first check if cron job exists:

crontab -l

Then we may need to check why it blows up. Disabling webalizer will usually remove it. I have it uninstalled on my own server.

so in order for Damon to work i have to manually do it my self via ssh using php command. can someone help me please?

Try and restart cron:
service cron restart

Alright so i have Centos 6.x so i did service crond restart

it restart successfully but when i do the crontab -l it still says same thing.

Permissions of 644 owned by root.

Because of this not running i have to manually set my Domains so that it can be live...Im using Centos 6.. Please someone help me .. i have a lot of customers on this server so i cant reinstall Centos..if i can back up and restore then i can do that but i havent found a better way to backup all email accounts mysql and user accounts with Sentora yet,
