hello,
i want to Upgrade from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
i have sentora 1.0.3 running if i do the upgrade will this break sentora ?

Yes it will break sentora as the configs you have will likely be over written and sentora it self is configured for apache 2.2 note Apache 2.4.
