How to change Module Name?

Hello,

Some Module name's are inconvenient and confuse users such as 'ElFileManager' and I wish to change this simply to 'File Manager', so how would I do this?

and I also wish to know if there is an official tutorial on how to create modules.

Fixed this, after digging around the in the Database (root) the module information is located in the _mods of the database.
