Well, just a quick update. I will be closing the book on this one. I have moved back the webalizer cron.daily file into the /etc/cron.daily folder.
And to stop the error from coming up, I have created the webalizer config file. Simply make a copy:
# cp /etc/webalizer/webalizer.conf.sample /etc/webalizer/webalizer.conf
I don't make any changes to the default file. So now, when cron runs it's daily job and processes the webalizer file in /etc/cron.daily, there is no error because the config file is now there.
And as far as I can tell, by adding this config file, I haven't seen anything stop working for webalizer when viewing in Sentora admin control panel. So I think things are working.
