Wow.. just look at the errors when Soshin needs to be installed/build, Soshin is the part that keeps your server secure.
Not to mention the mysql and other errors.
P.S. did you try to install Sentora over an old sentora install of not minimal version?
I would switch OS because the Debian installer version from @kandrews is still in Alpha/Beta testing only.

The install is failling here and as I said never validated debian install on my side.

Okay I completly reinstalled my os and now its wokring fine, thanks anyway for all the support you gave me and the time you invested. Nice to have some helping hands
