You can use the built in firewall it's not bad and can be scripted using powershell.

This is a built in firewall in windows ALREADY!

Windows already has a built in firewall and if hosted on your own connection your router may also have a built in firewall. (So, you may already have 2 in place!)

Yes thanks i know about those i have added my a php firewall script to the server and it has logged a few attacks already
