Can't send email to hotmail/outlook

i can't send email to hotmail/outlook
recipient doesn't receive the email sent from my server

i tried to remove dkim and the problem still exist
still i can't send email to hotmail/outlook

first i removed dkim installation and it didn't work
then i reinstalled my sentora, without installing dkim i tried to send email to outlook, gmail, and zoho
gmail and zoho received my email but outlook didn't receive my email
