Strange Email Issue

Hi Guys.
We are running Sentora on centos 7 on an aws EC2 (if that matters)
We are using it to run our CRM / Hosting software (WHMCS)
We have a strange issue which seems to keep reoccuring every few days where sending automatic and manual emails through WHMCS seem to stop working and show "connection reset" or simply times out. This issue can be resolved by SSH'ing in to the server and restarting HTTPD.

Once httpd is restarted, it begins to work immediatley. I have tried disabling SUHOSIN & OPEN BASE but the problem persists. I have changed from phpmail to SMTP and again the problem still exists.

Is there anything that could be happening that is causing this issue?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to debug it and check more logs over an error.

Hi Mark,

Next time this happens can you check if HTTPD is still running via:

service httpd status (or the equ for debian)

Just wondering if the whole process has died or if just that virtual host has stopped working (which would be even more strange!)
