problem with wordpress

Hey hello i have this problem with wordpress, when i try to update my plugins it ask me for my ftp user and pass and ip, i put that data and give me and error, also when i want to upload an image to a new post it gives me an error

It sounds like a permission problem. Try to check the wp-content/plugins folder permission.

Did you install WP using FTP ou SSH?
