Just ran the update on Ubuntu 14.04. Everything went smoothly, and the panel reports:

Congratulations, You are running the most recent version of Sentora (1.0.3)!

Thank you for your support. In case anyone hits this, I had to manually run the daemon to get the last version displayed (and beta removed).

Just do:

php -q /etc/sentora/panel/bin/daemon.php

Turns out that somehow on ubuntu 14.04 the cron daemon was not installed correctly. 

Code:

apt-get install cron

 

... did the trick!

I did the update on the release of version 1.0.3, but only now that I check the update module that it says:

There are currently new updates for your Sentora installation, please download the latest release (1.0.3) from http://www.sentora.org/.

I tried to make the update again, but still continues with the same message.
What could be wrong?
