I came across the exact same issue. I had all these lines print out (maybe like 200 or so). It would get through it, but I also saw a bunch of errors around something like "too long" url.
Anyway, as the OP, I decided to just turn off Webalizer as I don't use it and figure it would save me some CPU cycles for other things.
