1. you must create temp:

mkdir -m 777 /var/zpanel/hostdata/vulcanus/temp

X: your domain folder

2. in All Virtual Hosts with Overrides: chonse your domain and enter:

php_admin_value open_basedir "/var/sentora/hostdata/vulcanus/public_html/oc2_vulcanus_com_br:/var/sentora/hostdata/vulcanus/temp/"

I am run codeignitor v3 and following this to fixed.
