Notice default SSL would require that you have SSL certificates ready and built. Would not be cool to setup SSL with own made SSL as you can see in chrome it will trigger errors and don't think google will rank higher such websites. We will work on improving SSL for sure and trying to find the right balance.

Great! Good to hear so yeah I get what you mean, just make a [x] checkbox to enable SSL without asking people to add a complete custom Virtualhost override,

So my follow up question is, how do I override a virtual host setting without having to force everything over ssl? Can I just add the port 443 thing to the override a virutal host setting, or do I also have to include the old virtual host information for port 80?

Right now it is very confusing what happens with an override file set in the config, where does that information go? Does it still let the normal virtualhost work as it was? Not? Please explain Smile

RE: secure sentora with https?
Seriously I don't like at all this override solution. This is my own opinion.

In my servers I would rather create manually /ssl folder under apache config and setup a vhost-ssl.conf there with manual config for each one like we did for the panel. Then using .htaccess enforcing 443 or not.
