Hello Akash,
I have experienced this error and the issue occurs because directories not being owned by web-server user. To solve this go to /var/sentora/hostdata/zadmin/public_html/
for ubuntu systems : chown -R www-data:www-data domainname_com
for centos systems : chown -R apache:apache domainname_com
replace domainname_com with your domain directory. after you change the owner of the all directories inside your domain directory recursively you should be able to upload the files
