I had same issue.
Is this Centos? When configuring Centos for the first time then you have a few partitions. one is "/" which is root,
"/home" which is like your files and there is another one I think it's swap or boot.
What I had to do is change " /Home" to 50GB and change "/" file size to the the rest of the space on your drive.
/ is root, and Sentora stores itself on /root.
However I did not have this issue with Ubuntu where sentora stored itself on the bigger partition which I believe was /home which was the bigget partition anyway.
