Headers showing full file path???? Are we talking about HTTP header or HTML code for headers.

I'm sure you are a bit confused here if you mean source code for the login page show calls for images/JS. That would be normal. What did you expected?

/etc/styles/Sentora_Default/js/jquery.js IS not the absolute path for the file as it's under /etc/sentora/panel so the real path on disk is:

/etc/sentora/panel/etc/styles/Sentora_Default/js/jquery.js

You must be confused with the /etc/!
